Disney Springs was the largest renovation project in Walt Disney World Resort history.

A premiere shopping, dining and entertainment destination along the waterfront, all done in magical Disney style.

Approach

Over the span of three years, Walt Disney World Resort, would renovate and expand Downtown Disney into a themed retail, dining and entertainment center inspired by Florida’s charming waterfront towns, historic architecture and natural beauty, newly named Disney Springs. Concept Farm was tasked with developing engaging pitch material to help fill the more than 150 establishments planned (more than doubling the previously housed shops in Downtown Disney).
