Griffin oversees all major operational aspects of The Concept Farm. Most importantly, Griffin leads and directs the Farm’s Strategic offering and Account Management team, making sure everyone is focused on the Brand’s vision. As Griffin puts it, “My commitment to the Concept Farmers and our clients is a solid strategic foundation and an atmosphere where individuals can do extraordinary things.” Griffin began his career as an award-winning Art Director at agencies like J. Walter Thompson and Saatchi & Saatchi, and was ahead of the curve with an early focus on the tech sector. He has been the creative strategic lead on a number of “firsts” in the industry, including the first Internet service provider, Prodigy, and the first U.S.-made electric vehicle, General Motor’s EV-1. He also spearheaded a new division of NW Ayer, called AyerTech, specializing in the marketing and development of cutting-edge, emerging technologies for clients such as Lucent. When not farming in NYC, Griffin spends his time at his home farm in upstate New York with his wife Kate, and loveable pup, Jonesy.
